Tammy Mauldin

Tammy Mauldin brings more than 30 years of experience in human services, housing, and homelessness response. She has deep expertise in turning strategy into practical solutions that improve outcomes for people and communities. Throughout her career, Tammy has led complex housing and human services programs while building high-performing teams and strengthening service delivery across systems. 

At Clutch, Tammy partners with communities to turn ambitious goals into action. She helps teams build stronger housing-focused responses and improve coordination across partners. Her work creates the clear workflows and accountability needed to move people from homelessness to housing quickly and effectively. 

Before joining Clutch, Tammy spent a decade as Housing and Human Services Director at Triangle Family Services. In that role, she provided strategic and operational leadership for programs serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and other significant barriers to stability.
