Sandy Ryan

Sandy Ryan is the Associate Director of System Transformation at Clutch, bringing over 3 years of experience organizing communities to implement strategies to end homelessness.

He joined Clutch in 2026 after nearly two years of project managing and supporting housing initiatives from both the streets and shelters. Previously, he worked for the New Orleans Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services and Strategy, providing project management for multiple encampment closures as part of the city’s Home for Good initiative.

While still in college, Sandy began honing his project management and field training skills as a founder of a grassroots community group in New Orleans. From 2022 to 2025, he developed dozens of volunteer leaders and support systems to build community awareness and relationships to support neighbors experiencing and exiting homelessness.
